Entry fee and terms of payment

There are a few options depending on the status of the participants, needs of accommodation/full board, and date of payment as follows:

a) Participation fee (for competitors and Team officials only) – Euro 40 per competition day;

b) Full package for competitors and Team officials:

6-13 September - Euro 490 if paid till 30 June or Euro 540 if paid after 30 June, includes participation fee for Classic, Sprint and Foxoring competitions accommodation, transportation to the start and from the finish, maps, and banquet;

6-11 September – Euro 410 if paid till 30 June or Euro 450 if paid after 30 June (includes), includes participation fee for classic competitions, accommodation, transportation to the start and from the finish, and maps;

10-13 September - Euro 330 if paid till 30 June or Euro 360 if paid after 30 June, includes participation fee for Sprint and Foxoring competitions, accommodation, transportation to the start and from the finish, maps, and banquet;

c) Full package for guests/visitors (out of participants and Team officials):

6-13 September Euro 330 if paid till 30 June or Euro 380 if paid after 30 June, includes accommodation, transportation to the start and from the finish, and banquet.

6-11 September Euro 330 if paid till 30 June or Euro 370 if paid after 30 June, includes accommodation and transportation to the start and from the finish.

10-13 September Euro 250 if paid till 30 June or Euro 280 if paid after 30 June, includes accommodation, transportation to the start and from the finish, and banquet.

Participation fee the training:

a) Participation fee (for competitors and Team officials only) – Euro 25 per training day;

b) Full package for competitors and Team officials:

2-6 September - Euro 275 includes participation fee the training, accommodation, transportation to the start and from the finish, maps;

3-6 September - Euro 225 includes participation fee the training, accommodation, transportation to the start and from the finish, maps;

Visa requirements

For citizens of the following countries visa-free entry into Kazakhstan:

Belarus

Croatia    -    90 days

Moldova  -   90 days

Mongolia  -  90 days

Russia

Serbia  -     30 days

Ukraine   -  90 days

Turkey  -   90 days

For participants and guests of the Championship visa support will be provided by Kazakhstan.
Information about visa support will be provided after receiving application of participation in the Championship.

 Attention!

According to the decrees of the President Republic of Kazakhstan announces the visa-free travel for one year for these following countries: It means that visitors from these countries will be able to travel to Kazakhstan on multiple occasions without a visa for up to 15 calendar days at the time between July 15,2014 and July 15, 2015.
